Within the framework of solid waste management program funded by a grant from the European Union, the Minister of State for Administrative Reform, Mohammad Fneish, launched the "Think before you throw" campaign, at the UNESCO Palace. The ceremony took place in the presence of the Minister of Environment Mohammed Rahal represented by Chancellor Dr. Edgar Chehab, D. Makram Aweys representing the Minister of Interior and Municipalities, Ziad Baroud, the President of the European Union mission in Lebanon, Ambassador Patrick Laurent in addition to representatives of municipal clusters and municipalities and a number of civil society associations.
