The Office
of the Minister of State for Administrative Reform (OMSAR)
is seeking proposals from individual consultants (SSA
contract) for the provision of pilot design,
specification and detailing for 4 One-Stop-Shops in four
Public Administrations.

profile of the required individual experts and the
