Data Collection Equipment for the Lebanese Agricultural Research Institute (LARI)

Scope :		This project provides the Lebanese Agricultural Research Institute with data collection equipment and modern statistical tools for information analysis to improve the capacity and accuracy of agricultural scientific research, in addition to specialized software programs (databases and analytical tools). This project also covers training researchers on using this equipment and transferring information to computers to make statistical reports.

The Lebanese Agricultural Research Institute started a few years ago automating some of its functions with the support of international donors. But many of its research departments still lack the suitable modern equipment that supports their laboratory research. Providing new equipment will certainly help agricultural researchers in their field or laboratory work.
