Development of the Transactions and Workflow Management System in the Ministry of Public Health

Scope :  
The scope of work entails the following:
  • Analysis and design of the application software.
  • Development and implementation of the application software in the MoPH.
  • Providing additional Database licenses (5 licenses).
  • Support, Warranty and Maintenance for one year.
In its aim to win back the confidence of its citizens and to ensure that its administration and procedures meet the highest standards of integrity, and in order to de-bureaucratize the government administration through the simplification of work methods and procedures, the Office of the Minister of State for Administrative Reform (OMSAR) has launched a program of simplification of administrative procedures for the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH).

The development of the Transactions and Workflow Management System as a business support application software for the Medical Professions Service at the MoPH is based on the simplification of related procedures. The application software will be used to support operations of a One-Stop-Shop for certificates and license issue
