Scope :		The Government of Lebanon (GOL) represented by the Office of the Minister of State for Administrative Reform (OMSAR) has signed an enterprise agreement with Oracle Systems to supply Oracle Software Products and Support Services (Support and Updates) for three consecutive years to government public agencies (ministries and autonomous agencies). The implementation of this agreement shall be executed by a third party, Logos sarl Company.

The objective of this agreement is based on the fact that various government entities in Lebanon rely on Oracle Database and Oracle Tools for their daily operations through implemented ICT projects in addition to the illegal situation of some of those government entities that needs to be resolved. The status of the entities that need to be legalized/rectified are of two types: those with no licenses and those with licenses but without running maintenance / support agreements (as per Oracle regulations).
