> The AFKAR Project

The Minister of State for Administrative Reform, H.E. Mr. Karim Pakradouni, the Head of the European Commission Delegation in Lebanon, H.E. Mr. Patrick Renauld, and the President of the Council for Development and Reconstruction, Mr. Jamal Itani, signed on Wednesday 14^th January the financing agreement for the AFKAR project (€ 1 million from the European Union) intended to encourage and support civil society initiatives.
