This project is to provide the Beneficiary with a system that would encompass all transaction types and to make the Workflow and Document management as the Directorate General’s systems’ backbone and have a unified database which will ease up management, archival and search of all types of transactions and their related documents

Achievements, Millstones, Deliverables: Automation of around 110 transcations excluding the Consumer Protection and the Intellectual Property transactions.
This project is considered as a pilot project that will be rolled out on the remaining transactions once it is operational in its original scope
